DOMESTIC + INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & PROCESSING POLICY
All MacKenna Thaler Jewelry orders have individual shipping & processing time. Please see policy under your desired items unique description. All orders ship on business days excluding federal policies. All orders are trackable.
International shipping fees are decided by the destination region (typically between $15-$30 USD). Cell phone numbers must be provided to complete an International order. The courier cannot operate efficiently without this information.
All international orders are subject to custom fees. Potential custom fees are decided by the orders destination/region.
MacKenna Thaler is not responsible for abandoned packages if the courier cannot get in contact with you. Please keep in mind that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
MacKenna Thaler is not responsible for delays in shipping and delivery caused by circumstances related to the courier itself i.e. customs clearance delays, severe weather circumstances, global pandemics, etc.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS TAXES & DUTIES
Customers are responsible for any and all duties or import fees. If you refuse a shipment from MacKenna Thaler, you are still responsible for your purchase and shipping charges. We do not offer refunds. If you refuse your package your purchase payment will go towards the cost of returning the package to MacKenna Thaler as well as any import fees incurred.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Please track and protect your purchases. MacKenna Thaler is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The quicker you reach out to your local postal service, the higher the chance that your package will be located. Please do not reach out to MacKenna Thaler before reaching out to your local courier.
