SHIPPING & PROCESSING

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL ORDER PROCESSING
All MacKenna Thaler orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 weeks of the order date. Orders are processed and shipped on business days excluding federal holidays.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We charge a flat rate of $8.50 USD for all domestic shipments. Domestic orders over $200 will receive free shipping which is automatically applied to your cart. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS and typically take 1-4 business days to arrive. Due to Covid-19, expedited processing and shipping is temporary unavailable. Delivery times are provided as a guideline only and do not factor in any delays caused by uncontrollable circumstances such as severe weather conditions or global pandemics. 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We charge a flat rate of $20 USD for all international shipments. International shipments typically take 7-14 business days to arrive. You must include your mobile phone number at checkout in order to prevent potential shipping delays. This way if/when the courier needs to get in contact with you prior to delivery, they can do so effectively. MacKenna Thaler is not responsible for abandoned packages if the courier cannot get in contact with you. Please keep in mind that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.MacKenna Thaler is not responsible for delays in shipping and delivery caused by circumstances related to the courier itself i.e. customs clearance delays.
MacKenna Thaler is not responsible for delays in shipping and delivery circumstances caused by uncontrollable circumstances i.e. severe weather conditions, global pandemics, natural disasters, etc. Shipment delays due to uncontrollable circumstances do not qualify for refunds.
TAXES & DUTIES
(For International Orders)
Customers are responsible for any duties or import fees. If you refuse a shipment from MacKenna Thaler, you are still responsible for your purchase and shipping charges. We do not offer refunds. If you refuse your package your purchase payment will go towards the cost of returning the package to MacKenna Thaler as well as any import fees incurred. 
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Please track and protect your purchases by selecting Route Coverage at checkout for an added fee. This coverage provides in depth tracking and insurance for lost/stolen packages. MacKenna Thaler is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you opted out of Route Coverage at checkout and your package has been lost or stolen please contact your local USPS or international courier immediately and provide them with your tracking number. The quicker you reach out to your local USPS, the higher the chance that your package will be located. Please do not reach out to MacKenna Thaler before reaching out to your local courier.
