✿ For now, all custom charm necklace orders must be placed through Instagram direct messages. Designing a custom charm necklace is a collaborative process, requiring back and fourth communication. If you wish to purchase a custom charm necklace on our website we recommend our 'Customizable Charm Necklace' which has a similar feel but limited options. Our online 'Customizable Charm Necklace' does not allow you to pick or remove charms.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE A CUSTOM CHARM NECKLACE?
✿ Our fulfillment and shipping time is 2-3 weeks on all orders unless otherwise specified.
CAN WE REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL CHARMS?
✿ If you do not see a charm you wish to see we are happy to take requests.

WHAT ARE YOUR CHARMS AND CHAINS MADE OUT OF?
✿ All of our charms are yellow gold filled and range from 14K - 24K. Option one is a 14K yellow gold plated rolo chain link. Option two is a 14K yellow gold filled paperclip chain. And option three is a 14K yellow gold filled paperclip chain with a 14K yellow gold filled carabiner.
DO YOU CHARGE PER CHARM?
✿ Three charms are included within our flat rate of $195.80 USD + sales tax and (domestic/international) shipping. Additional charms range from $30-$55 USD.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
✿ Domestic shipping is $8.50 USD and international shipping is $15.00 USD. Please take into account your countries custom fees. We are not responsible for custom fees.
IS A LONGER CHAIN LENGTH MORE EXPENSIVE?
✿ Our standard necklace length is 16" Inches with an approximately 2" Inches drop. Every 1" Inch longer is an additional $5.00 USD.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
✿ We accept Venmo and Paypal as payment.
